Morning Sprouts and GritsVeggies: Pea Shoots
Make 4 servings of grits (any type you normally use) and add cheddar cheese (1/2 cup), plus a dash of paprika.
Meanwhile, take sprouts, 1 clove crushed garlic, and 1 chopped onion (be sure to use the onion top, too!), and saute in 1 1/2 tsp butter for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Take any left over bacon, ham, or chopped up roast beef and layer grits, sprouts, and then meat.
If you need a hardier breakfast, fry an egg and place on top of it all! (serves 3-4 people)
